L’Hotel I Ginepri
dispone di 50 camere di cui 5 di recente costruzione che sono collocate
nel giardino; alcune sono dotate di balcone e vista sul mare, altre di
vetrata panoramica.
L’arredamento in stile moderno è semplice ma
funzionale: tutte le camere hanno servizi privati con asciugacapelli,
aria condizionata indipendente, TV terrestre e satellitare,
collegamento Wireless, telefono e filodiffusione. A richiesta servizio di
lavanderia, colazione in camera e custodia valori.

window. The modern furniture is simple but functional: every room has
private bathroom with hair dryer, single air conditioning, satellite

Einige Zimmer haben Balkon mit Meeresblick, andere eine
Panorama-Glastür. Die Einrichtung ist modern, schlicht, aber
funktionell: Alle Zimmer haben Privatbad mit Haartrockner, regulierbare
Klimatisierung, TV mit Satempfang, Wireless-Anschluss, Telefon und
Musikuntermalung. Auf
Nachfrage Wäschereidienst, Frühstück im
Zimmer, Aufbewahrung von Wertsachen.

nostra azienda agricola è situata a circa 6 km
dall’hotel, in una zona denominata Collina di Segalari dove
si conservavano i resti di un antico centro medioevale con una torre,
un palazzo e una cappella;

pesca in mare, per la pesca con le reti che con i palamiti. |

L’Hotel i Ginepri
è dotato di due sale ristorante:
- una ampia e luminosa, ideale per banchetti e cerimonie, con vista sul
grande giardino.
- l’altra, più intima e riservata accoglie gli
ospiti con il menù “à la
Carte” che presenta una accurata selezione di piatti
principalmente a base di pesce, spesso abbinati ai rinomati vini di
Bolgheri.
La cucina, le cui radici sono da ricercarsi nella tradizione familiare
fatta di piatti semplici e genuini, oggi risulta addolcita per
adeguarsi ai nuovi canoni di leggerezza e freschezza ma è
anche arricchita di nuovi sapori grazie all’utilizzo delle
moderne tecnologie; i piatti, raffinati e gustosi, sono molto curati
anche nella presentazione.
Le materie prime utilizzate sono prevalentemente di provenienza locale,
in particolare l’olio extra vergine d’oliva
è prodotto nell’AZIENDA
AGRICOLA di proprietà e il pescato del giorno
spesso è fornito dalla NOSTRA
BARCA.
Menù a tema, menù degustazione con abbinamento di
vini curati da esperti sommellier, o semplicemente ricche grigliate di
pesce al barbecue sono i protagonisti di serate molto speciali in
terrazza mare di fronte ai suggestivi tramonti di Marina di Castagneto.

is spacious and well lit, ideal for banquets and ceremonies, with a
view on the garden.

the other one, more intimate, welcomes the guests with a
“à la Carte” menu that features a
careful selection of fish based dishes, that often are served with the
renowned wines of Bolgheri. The cuisine, whose roots can be found in a
family tradition made of simple and wholesome dishes, has been modified
today to meet the new standards of lightness and freshness, but is also
rich in new tastes thanks to the use of modern technologies; the
dishes, fine and delicious, have also a careful presentation. The
ingredients that we use are mostly from the local area, in particular,
the olive oil is produced in our FARM
and the fish is often provided by OUR
BOAT.
Theme
menus, fixed menus, with wine selection chosen by expert sommeliers, or
barbecued fish, are the main features of very special evenings on the
terrace by the sea in front of the amazing sunsets of Marina di
Castagneto.

Hotel I Ginperi verfügt über zwei Speisesäle
im Restaurant:
- Ein groβer, Licht durchfluteter Speisesaal, ideal
für Festessen und Feierlichkeiten mit Blick auf den
groβen Garten.
- Der andere ist gemütlich und intim für die
Gäste, die à la carte speisen. Es gibt eine
akkurate Auswahl an Spezialitäten, besonders Fischgerichten,
vorwiegend begleitet von den renommierten Weinen von Bolgheri. Die
Küche ist in der Familientradition verankert und besteht aus
einfachen und Natur belassenen Gerichten, wobei sie sich heute auch den
neuen Kriterien in Bezug auf Leichtigkeit und Frische angepasst hat und
dank moderner Technologien auch innovative Gaumenfreuden bietet. Die
schmackhaften und erlesenen Gerichte sind beim Servieren auch ein
optischer Blickfang.
Die verwendeten Zutaten kommen gröβtenteils
aus der lokalen Produktion, besonders das extra vergine
Olivenöl wird in unserem
LANDBETRIEB hergestellt und der Fisch gehört oft
zum Tagesfang UNSERES
BOOTES. Themenmenus,
Menus mit Verkostung und begleitet von Weinen, die von erfahrenen
Sommeliers ausgewählt werden, oder üppige
Grillparties mit Fisch sind die Protagonisten spezieller Sommerabende
auf der Terrasse am Meer und im Angesicht der malerischen
Sonnenuntergänge von Marina di Castagneto. |
