L'imponente podere Botrona è situato a 1,5 km al di sotto di Lustignano, su di un appezzamento di terreno recintato di circa 2000 mq con vecchi alberi di quercia. Botrona Farm is situated at 1,5 km far from Lustignano, on an enclosed plat of about 2000 mq, where there are centuries old trees. You can use a quiet and big garden and private parking. The owners use another flat at the first floor at weekends.
The small medioeval village is delightfully laid down on a will 410 high on the right side of the River Cornia.

Località più vicine per acquisti ed escursioni: Serrazzano (7,5 km), Pomarance (25 km) e lungo la costa Cecina, Castagneto Carducci, San Vincenzo e il Golfo di Baratti (35 km)

The small medioeval village is delightfully laid down on a will 410 high on the right side of the River Cornia. In the village there are two coffee bar, one gorcer's shop, one post office, a consultim room, one small hotel with restaurant - pizzeria, one tennis court and a small park with children games. Other shops are in Serrazzano (7,5 km), Pomarance (25 km) and on the Etruscan Coast from Cecina to the Golfo di Baratti(35 km).

Das kleine mittelalterliche Lustignano liegt hubsch auf einen Hugel, 410 m uber, dem Meeresspiegel, auf dem rechten Ufer des Flusses Cornia. Im Ort gibt es 2 Bars, 1 Lebensmittelgeschaft, 1 Post und 1 Arztpraxis, 1 kleines Hotel mit Restaurant-Pizzeria, 1 Tennis und Kinderspielplatz. Andere Einkaufsmoglichkeiten in Serrazzano (7,5 km), in Pomarance (25 km) un entlang der etruskischen Kuste von Cecina nach Castagneto Carducci, bis nach San Vincenzo un Golfo di Baratti (35 km).
